IPD Coaching's founder, Carole Mendoza spent more than 25+ years of her life in sales and education. Her work ethic was consistent and she was often recognized for her performance and ability to outperform her peers.

Yet, without realizing it, she also found herself pushed to bend her core values for position, money, and recognition.

The day Carole asked for wisdom and direction from God was the day her life changed.

Her journey led her to author All-In Paragon; Living a life by God's Design and has been the driving force to help leaders prevent the same mistakes she made, while providing them with the tools to make a faith-based paradigm shift that leads to quantum leap success and unstoppable flow.
