• 2017 Hispanic Heritage Parade and Sabor Latino Festival Vendor / Exhibitor/ Parade Participant Application Form

    Vendor and Exhibitor booths are provided for the benefit of our members and sponsors to promote their product or services. For the purpose of this event, “Vendor” refers to any organization which will sell or offer a product or service at a charge to the customers. “Exhibitor” refers to an organization or business that provides a product or service at no cost to the customers, such as information of services, or free promotional materials to the same. No booths will be provided to individuals or non-registered organizations or businesses. Organization principal has to provide certificate of incorporation, business tax certificate, or EIN.

    Vendor/Exibitor/Parade participant information Information
    Everyone must register as an Official Sponsor/Media Partner, non-profit or for profit entry. Each organization must register and submit the information using the attached forms (Parade Entry Application, Vehicle registration, Press release, Commitment Form, and Rules and Regulation). This fee includes all walking participants in your entry.
